Information Collection Policy
Upon registering a user account in the ParanoidLab platform, you will be asked to submit some personal information. The personal information that ParanoidLab collects includes your name, email address, and telephone number. Further information provided directly to ParanoidLab includes the "Targets" belonging to the user"s organization, which are entered into the platform for scanning. All personal information relating to payment card and banking information is handled by our third-party providers "Stripe" and "GoCardless" and is not stored by ParanoidLab. Any personal information provided to Stripe or GoCardless through Deepengine will be subject to Stripe"s/GoCardless" privacy policies and terms of use that are available on the Stripe and GoCardless websites.
ParanoidLab may also collect other information that does not reveal specific individual identity, such as browser or device information, information collected through cookies and other technologies that are used to facilitate the operation of ParanoidLab"s platform and for other business purposes.
ParanoidLab may also identify and log automatically in our servers, or in third-party log files, IP Addresses whenever you access our site, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) visited. Through normal use of ParanoidLab"s service, vulnerability scanning data is collected and reports are generated which contain information related to your organization"s systems. All reports generated as part of the service will be stored by ParanoidLab for the sole purpose of making the reports available to you. This information will not be shared with any third-party under any circumstances.
How ParanoidLab Uses Personal Information
Any personal information ParanoidLab collects from you may be used to:
- Deliver ParanoidLab"s services to you, including trials of the service.
- Contact you to deliver information relating to your use of the service.
